About the Opportunity:
AllWork is hiring a QA Product Manager to drive the quality assurance strategy, planning, and execution across the product development lifecycle. This role is responsible for release quality acceptance testing prior to feature deployment —ensuring usability, reliability, performance, and a flawless end-user experience before anything reaches customers. You’ll translate product requirements into clear QA requirements and test strategies, validate readiness for launches, and bring a product-minded lens to QA by testing real user flows and ensuring changes don’t break existing functionality.
You’ll serve as a bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and QA teams, acting as the voice of quality in planning, design discussions, and release decisions. This is a hands-on role partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to accelerate QA velocity and raise the quality bar for releases. Success looks like improving release readiness, strengthening test coverage, and enabling defect- and regression-free delivery as the platform evolves. You’ll work day-to-day in the AllWork product alongside tools like Jira, TestLink, and Figma to keep quality work tightly connected to how customers actually experience the platform.
Responsibilities:
Translate product requirements into clear QA requirements and test strategies for assigned projects Ensure appropriate test coverage, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing Review and approve test plans, test cases, and execution reports Perform release quality acceptance testing for assigned projects Validate readiness for releases via hands-on acceptance testing and by reviewing QA results, defect statuses, and risk assessments Participate actively in go/no-go decisions for product launches Ensure timely and transparent communication of quality status to leadership Lead root-cause analyses and ensure corrective actions are implemented Monitor quality-related customer feedback, defect trends, and performance metrics; analyze data to identify opportunities for quality improvements Champion continuous improvement initiatives within QA and product teams Develop, maintain, and execute the product quality strategy and processes for the product development organization Define quality goals, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure quality assurance is embedded throughout the product development lifecycle Act as the voice of quality in product planning, design discussions, and release decisions Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success to ensure defect and regression-free delivery Identify and mitigate risks affecting product quality; establish and enforce QA processes, tools, and best practices
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Required) Background in SaaS, cloud technology, or enterprise software (Required) 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, QA, or related roles (Required) Strong understanding of QA methodologies, PDLC / SDLC, and Agile processes (Required) Experience with QA test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, TestLink, Zephyr) (Required) Demonstrable experience with current AI-enabled testing tools and techniques Ability to interpret technical information and make strategic decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills HR/EOR/Workforce Management domain experience is strongly preferred Experience working with automation frameworks or CI/CD pipelines preferred Certification in Product Management, QA, or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, ISTQB, SAFe) preferred Experience design tools, specifically Figma preferred
