Attorney- Contracts Manager/Analyst

Summary:

• This team focuses on global contracts (any contracts that relate to shires infrastructure)
• Across the company (HR+IT is bulk of the work)
• Must have experience with Licensing agreements and Basic Relationship management with incredibly high volumes (ability to multi-task is key)
• Capped @ 40 Hours/Week

Qualifications

Must Haves:

• Solid evidence of being able to independently handle contracts
• Experience with IT contracts is a huge plus
• Pharma/Biotech experience not necessary, but they need to come from a large corporate environment.
• Must have bachelors and Law Degree
• 5+ years of experience
• Contracts Experience is a must, not as part of their overall job, but their main job.
