Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs in a professional manner
Prepare detailed job cards and coordinate with technicians
Explain repair processes, timelines, and cost estimates clearly
Follow up on service progress and provide updates to customers
Perform quality checks and ensure customer satisfaction post-service
Maintain records using DMS or CRM tools
Coordinate vehicle pickup/drop-off and occasionally travel to different Emirates for service support
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Willingness to travel across Emirates
2+ years of experience in a Service Advisor role within the UAE automotive industry
Knowledge of CRM systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
