The Role
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our team at a pivotal moment in our growth. You will work closely with our Chief of Staff (previously Marketing Lead) and the founders to own and drive our marketing engine — leading account-based marketing to grow our pipeline and strengthen Arbonics' position as the go-to partner for corporate credit buyers and other stakeholders across Europe.
The marketing function at Arbonics is already set up — you won't be starting from zero. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to get into the details, but also sees the big picture and comes with ideas. This makes the role ideal for someone looking to grow into a senior marketing leadership position within the company. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who is energised by the challenge of building on an existing foundation in a mission-driven startup.
What You'll Do
Account-Based Marketing
- Design and execute ABM campaigns targeting carbon credit buyers across Europe and beyond.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to build targeted outreach and nurture strategies for high-value accounts.
- Track and report on pipeline influence and campaign effectiveness, iterating based on data.
- Manage content strategy and events that support account-based marketing campaigns
Content Strategy & Production
- Develop and own a content strategy that educates and engages our target audience and amplifies Arbonics' brand.
- Manage the production and publication of blog articles, email newsletters, case studies, and other content assets.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels — website, blog, email, and social media.
- Coordinate localisation of content for key European markets.
Events & Webinars
- Plan and run online events and webinars to educate landowners, partners, and prospects.
- Identify and manage Arbonics' participation in relevant industry conferences and events.
- Own post-event follow-up and content repurposing to maximise reach.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or a similar role — ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
- Proven experience running marketing campaigns and/or developing content strategies; experience with ABM is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories for different audiences
- A self-starter mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, able to prioritise, and driven to make things happen
- Experience managing events, webinars, or community-building initiatives is a plus
- Comfortable working directly with founders and contributing beyond your immediate remit
Nice to have
- Background in sustainability, climate tech, forestry, or land use
- Multilingual skills, particularly in Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Swedish or other European languages
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, Hubspot, SEO tools and marketing analytics
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Figma) or basic video editing
- Experience running paid marketing campaigns
Benefits
- Base salary in the range of 3200-4000 EUR monthly (gross) depending on the experience
- Equity (if working full time)
- Remote-first, flexible working - our office is in Tallinn, Estonia
- High autonomy and real ownership over your domain
- Health, training, and development package
- The chance to do work that contributes to solving the climate crisis
