Banqueting Operations Manager - Hotel Cipriani, Season 2026

An exciting opportunity for the 2026 season has arisen for a Banqueting Operations Manage at Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, to support the Events team in providing excellent and personalised guest experiences, while leading and coordinating the banqueting teams.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Provide an excellent and personalised guest experience according to our service standards.
• Lead and coordinate the banqueting team (outsourced).
• Organise and supervise all banqueting operations as planned by the Events Office and/or F&B Manager.
• Manage and develop staff in everyday operations according to our standards and procedures.
• Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues.
• Anticipate guests' needs and handle guest complaints.
• Inventory and requisitions: assist in monitoring stock levels and ordering replacement deliveries.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Italian and English; a third language is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & International wines.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience within the same role in a hotel environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Passion for hospitality and ambition to grow professionally.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and a rotating schedule.
