Bar Waiter
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our bar and restaurant
- Take orders, interact with guests, and provide personalized recommendations
- Mix and present cocktails, promote menu items, and upsell specials
- Maintain bar inventory, restock supplies, and manage resources efficiently
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and attentive presence at all times
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Has expertise in mixology and knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Is skilled in POS systems and inventory management
- Communicates clearly, professionally, and warmly with guests and team members
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Has a proactive mindset and can handle unexpected situations efficiently
- Works well in a team, collaborating across departments to ensure top service
- Is guest-focused, always seeking to enhance the overall experience
- Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a mindful and authentic hospitality environment
