Barista/Bartender

for our new project in Marousi:

Responsibilities

• Prepare & serve drinks to guests according company's F&B standards
• Presentation of the Bar Menu, taking orders and serving
• Responsible for monitoring the stock of the bar
• Responsible for the good operation of the bar post
• Constantly remain guest focused and promote exceptional guest experience
• Breakdown, clean and set-up front and back bar
• Deal with all guests, enquires and complaints
• Keep a high standard of personal hygiene appearance

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Barista/Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
• Positive attitude, hospitality oriented, passion for excellence
• Relevant training certificates, will be considered a plus
• Attention to detail and work in a fast paced environment
