Process Discovery & Mapping
•Document and analyze AS-IS processes across business functions within the Corporate Center.
•Identify automation opportunities and AI-replaceable steps within existing workflows together with the Platforms and Engineering team.
•Develop scalable process archetypes to support AI transformation.
Requirement Structuring for AI Agents
•Translate business needs into structured AI agent specifications with clear data dependencies, exception handling logic, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
•Ensure business clarity and completeness of requirements before development begins.
•Define process-level success criteria and performance metrics for AI agent integration.
Development Collaboration & Validation
•Collaborate with the Platforms and Engineering team during design and build stages to ensure agent behavior matches business requirements.
•Validate completed AI agents against business requirements through structured testing and UAT.
•Support deployment readiness reviews and sign-off processes.
Operational Integration & Adoption
•Facilitate integration of AI agents into live workflows and business operations.
•Support rollout, training, and user adoption activities across impacted business teams.
•Monitor process improvements and operational performance post-deployment, documenting lessons learned.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in business process management, transformation, or operational excellence.
• Experience mapping complex cross-functional processes with clear documentation standards.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams translating business requirements into structured specifications.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Familiarity with process automation tools, BPMN notation, or workflow design is a plus.
