What you will do
Champion and maintain a consistent brand voice across content in various channels, including digital, social, and promotional materials.
Coordinate strategic brand communications and written content, working with internal and external partners to amplify the brand’s products, messaging, activities, and business goals.
Guide written content development and strategy to ensure content is on brand in terms of style, quality, consistency, and tone.
Develop engaging storytelling that aligns with the brand and resonates with our audience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital to craft and schedule SMSes and Emails.
Develop and maintain a library of brand messaging, templates, and best practices for internal use.
Assist in creating, recommending, and implementing written and visual content.
Support campaign messaging build-out to grow brand awareness, brand advocacy, household penetration, and buy rate.
Create scripts for video content, podcasts, and other multimedia assets.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure cohesive storytelling across paid, owned, and earned media.
Support SEO initiatives by writing optimized content that improves search rankings and visibility.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Culinary to support seasonal and annual recipe writing and editing.
Consult data and market research to inform content and support collaborations.
Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies.
Assist in speechwriting, panel discussions, and presentations for company representatives.
Build, execute, and oversee Marketing KRs.
Your Experience
3 + years experience in Marketing, copywriting, social media required
Experience creating written content for brands across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin, Facebook and Pinterest is required
Experience writing short and long-form external, creative pieces for brands is required
Experience creating short and long-form visual/video content for brands is preferred
Experience within the CPG industry and with food marketing is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Asana and Adobe suite is preferred
Previous experience creating and working with food content is a strong plus
