- baking our signature menu according to Hart recipes.
- ensure quality across all of our bakes; we work with the best ingredients so expect the best results.
- keeping track of stock levels and informing the team when we need a top up.
- working cleanly and safely, ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone.
- maintain an effective communication with the front of house team.
- help build a community around baking; being a part of a collaborative and diverse environment.
