The Opportunity:
This is a foundational, high-impact role. As one of our Founding Account Executive hires, you won’t just be closing deals here, you’ll be a part of building the sales motion from the ground up.
You’ll work directly with the founders to define how we go to market, shape our sales strategy, and set the bar for every AE who joins after you. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, loves owning the full process, and gets energized by ambiguity, autonomy, and momentum. Starting February, this role will be 5 days/week in our San Francisco office. Until then, we ask candidates to come into our Santa Clara office 2 days/week (ideally Mondays and Wednesdays).
What You’ll Do:
Drive Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from strategic prospecting and rigorous lead qualification to empathetic consultative selling, compelling product demonstrations, skilled negotiation, and successful deal closure. Your focus will be on new customer acquisition and driving significant revenue growth.
Strategic Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Proactively build a real, high-quality pipeline by identifying and targeting ideal customer profiles. You will leverage Reevo's advanced tools for lead enrichment and streamlined outreach campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Consultative Selling & Relationship Building: Deeply understand client needs, uncover their pain points, and strategically position Reevo as the optimal solution, focusing on how our platform solves their specific business challenges. You will build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with both prospects and existing clients.
Product Demonstration & Value Articulation: Clearly communicate complex software solutions and translate intricate features into tangible business value for diverse audiences. You will expertly demonstrate how Reevo's AI-powered capabilities directly solve customer challenges, freeing up their time for productive selling.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations with confidence and skill, ensuring favorable terms for Reevo while consistently closing deals to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets.
Internal Collaboration & Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with our founders, product and engineering teams to provide invaluable market feedback, actively contributing to the continuous evolution and refinement of our platform. You may also advise early team members on optimal sales solutions.
Data Management & Performance Analysis: Utilize Reevo's own platform to efficiently manage your sales pipeline, log activities, generate tasks, and extract critical insights, showcasing internal product adoption and best practices.
Market Intelligence & Adaptability: Continuously conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs, adapting your strategies based on new understandings.
What We're Looking For:
3–5+ years of B2B SaaS AE experience with consistent quota overachievement
Experience running full-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals
Strong discovery, storytelling, and ROI-driven selling skills
Clear, confident communicator with solid negotiation chops
Curious, technical mindset—you can explain complex tools simply
Comfortable working in ambiguity and building as you go
Nice to haves:
Experience selling AI, CRM, or sales productivity tools
Early-stage startup or founding AE background
Actively uses AI or automation to sell more efficiently

For this role, total on-target earnings (OTE) range from $150,000–$225,000, depending on experience and location.
