Providing support to the Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager, helping articulate and present effective requirement proposals within a project or initiative
Facing off to one or more business areas and understanding high level requirements
Eliciting, validating and documenting business requirements in either Business Requirement Documents or user/feature stories
Participating in the design process co-ordinated by the programme management team, from design approval to functional design completion
Owning the delivery of the work assigned and drive it to successful completion
Supporting development of the test strategy, plan and test cases working in conjunction with the business, testing and development teams
Qualifications
In depth experience preparing and issuing a range of key business analysis deliverables
Experience supporting the end-to-end testing cycle within a change initiative
Exposure to working in medium to large scale change initiatives
Good communication with a wide array of people and good experience of stakeholder management

Skills That Will Help You In The Role
Business Analysis Accreditation(s) would be beneficial
Experience of working with Risk, Finance and Treasury functions would be advantageous
Basic knowledge of the main asset classes and associated trade and instrument attributes
