You will join our Performance Marketing team and be directly responsible for the management, steering, and performance of our SEM channel Paid Search in one of our most important markets, including overseeing a large amount of ad spend.
You will operate our world-class campaign automation system to expand and advance our SEM campaigns while improving performance
You will shape the strategy for your channel on the basis of advanced analyses by leveraging tons of internal data and applying a broad set of analytical techniques and tools, e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python, R, and Excel
You will work closely together with our Marketing Engineering team to co-define the evolution of our marketing platforms and tools
Qualifications
Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field of study such as math, physics, other sciences, engineering, economics, or business
Have 2+ years work experience with a track record of delivering tangible business results in a data-driven role
Have experience with statistical interpretation using real data (e.g., misreads/pitfalls with significance)
Have advanced Excel skills and SQL experience (incl. table joins within relational database); usage of Python or R for data analysis is a significant plus
Have strong business acumen, hunger for results, and improvement-driven mindset. You quickly grasp KPIs and metrics and constantly look for opportunities to improve performance
Have an open mindset and strong can-do attitude to make things happen in a fast-paced environment
Have excellent communication skills in English; excellent knowledge of Dutch or another European language is a plus
