Duration: 7 Months Contract to Hire

Summary:The analyst will• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting the issue to a higher level support team; following up to ensure resolution.
• Be responsible for leading and/or supporting a number of key projects (often simultaneously) from original concept through final implementation.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about the product
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining root cause of problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
• Research required information using available resources
• Expediting the issue to a higher level support team, based upon priority; following up to ensure resolution
• Follow up and communicate resolution to customers where necessary
• Partner with product and other teams to document business and functional specifications.
• Design and document work flow, develop and refine analytical reports and queries
Qualifications
Must Have Skills:• Customer support experience, Salesforce, SharePoint.
• Also, the candidate needs to have experience with working with different clients.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of equivalent professional work experience in a corporate environment required
• Minimum 3-5 years' business analyst / client support experience.
• Ability to understand customer needs & expectations
• Deals effectively with others in difficult situations, using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict
• Strong & clear communication skills, both verbal and written, to gather details, track and communicate status updates with customers & associates internally
• Proven ability to learn new business processes and understand the flow of data behind those processes
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• MS Office: Strong skills required, Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, Sharepoint
Additional Information
Additional Details:
• The selected candidate will be responsible for responding to client emails addressed to the developer team.
• This will be about 50% to 60% of the work.
• The other half will be business analysis and special projects.
