Job Description:
As a Business Analyst at Ecrebo, you will bridge the gap between retail clients and technical delivery. You will own requirement definitions for BAU changes and lead onboarding for new global clients. By facilitating workshops and managing JIRA workflows, you ensure innovative marketing solutions are delivered seamlessly within an agile product ecosystem.

What you will do:

• Lead requirement gathering workshops for new client onboardings and translate complex business needs into actionable user stories.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle in JIRA, supporting sprint planning and maintaining high-quality documentation for APIs and help guides.

• Act as a strategic liaison between engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure feature development aligns with long-term product goals.

The ideal candidate:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner specifically within the retail sector.

• Proven expertise working within product-led agile teams using JIRA and Confluence for lifecycle management.

• Strong communicator skilled in user-centric design principles and managing complex relationships with third-party vendors and enterprise clients.
