Good Analytical and logical skills to define system solutions with Technical architects and leads
Requirements
- Work effectively with a wide variety of individuals, engineering, project management, and technical staff
- Ability to evaluate system changes and its results to certify that all changes are accurate and meet quality standards as per initial expectations.
- Support the UAT by confirming the correctness of previously elicited requirements
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience working in SAFe
Job Responsibilities
- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
- Comes from technical background, have good understanding of coding language such as .Net, ASP .Net, VB .NET, SQL queries
- Have experience of writing the technical requirements for a Microservice based platform mapping the technical stories with functional features
- Managing API implementations, enhancements, and customer support effectively. Uncovering the interactive scenarios between the APIs.
- Detailed analysis, documentation, and enhancements of user stories.
- Analysis of acceptance criteria to form a bridging between business and technical teams
- The first point of contact for conflict resolution from a business standpoint
