Business Analyst (Insurance | SAP)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Insurance | SAP) to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis within the insurance domain, with solid experience in SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA migration projects. You will play a key role in supporting the design and implementation of innovative insurance solutions, translating business needs into technical and process requirements, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.


Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and delivery of insurance solutions
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
• Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
• Produce business analysis documentation, reports, and presentations
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Recommend process optimizations and system enhancements
• Support testing and validation of insurance products and services

Requirements

• +3 years of experience with SAP FICO
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects
• Strong background in business analysis within the insurance industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization
• Proven track record in delivering business analysis projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
• Fluent English (mandatory)
