We are looking for a highly analytical and technology-driven Business Analyst with 3–7 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, automation, and process optimization. This role requires hands-on experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, Microsoft Power Automate, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define problem statements, and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze large and complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to enable real-time and strategic insights.
• Automate business processes and reporting workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and RPA tools to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, data engineering, finance, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment on business objectives.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and data models clearly and effectively.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance tracking through analytical reports and dashboards.
• Support data validation, quality checks, and governance to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation using analytics and automation.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), solution rollout, and end-user training where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation and integration across systems.
• Exposure to RPA tools (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar).
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms or enterprise systems is a plus.
