About the Role
Abacus Insights seeks a Business & Data Analyst with minimum 2 years of experience in the US healthcare domain and data analysis. The role includes leading client discussions, understanding healthcare data, and participating in UAT and test preparation.
Your day to day
- Lead consulting engagements to enhance operational performance of healthcare platforms.
- Employ knowledge of healthcare data to analyze and develop business requirements and systemic solutions.
- Drive client calls, focusing on collecting requirements and designing solutions for use cases.
- Participate in on-site planning and requirements clarification sessions with customers.
- Design modifications and create new platform components that align with existing solutions.
- Engage in internal UAT and assist in preparing test cases.
- Evaluate new technologies and platforms as needed.
- Conduct process analysis and implement improvements.
- Present and translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Provide QA and application support to clients and internal teams.
What you bring to the team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to foster and manage relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven multitasking skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Solid experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills to validate data quality and identify trends.
- Proactive and organized approach to independently managing client interactions and project tasks, with the ability to anticipate future needs.
Working Conditions
- Standard hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
- Location: On-site.
- Work time:1 PM - 10 PM
