About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Associate Business & Data Analyst, ideally a fresh graduate with minimal experience in data analysis tools. This position involves supporting consulting engagements and operational improvements within healthcare software platforms.
Your day to day
- Assist in consulting engagements aimed at improving operational performance.
- Participate in on-site planning and requirements gathering sessions with customers.
- Contribute to developing designs for modifying existing platform components or creating new components.
- Analyze business requests and develop business requirements, design details and systemic solutions.
- Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business concepts to technical terms for various stakeholders.
- Support QA and application support as needed.
What you bring to the team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with team members.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and adapt to changes in priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Demonstrated organization, self-motivation, willingness to learn, and ability to support complex tasks with guidance.
Working Conditions
- Standard hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
- Location: On-site.
- Work time:1 PM - 10 PM
