What you will do:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts. Your main responsibilities include:
Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the calendars of sales leaders and top account executives, ensuring all meetings, and deadlines are prioritized effectively.
Follow-Up Coordination: Proactively follow up on appointments and engagements with existing customers, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction.
Pipeline Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the health of our sales pipeline in HubSpot
Meeting Preparation and Support: Assist in preparing for meetings by gathering relevant materials and data, and take detailed notes during meetings when needed.
Administrative Support: Handle other administrative tasks to support the sales team, enabling them to focus on their strategic goals.
What you bring:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who embodies the following:
Experience: 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a sales or high-growth environment.
Mature Presence: You have a professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work confidently with senior leaders and top executives.
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Detail-Oriented: You have a knack for catching the small things that make a big difference, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Coachable: You’re eager to learn, adapt, and grow within our fast-paced scale-up environment.
Mission-Driven: Passionate about sustainability and excited to contribute to our mission of eliminating industrial waste.
