We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our Energy Management product teams. You’ll be responsible for supporting industrial customers in managing their energy consumption and related operations for a more sustainable, efficient, and compliant operation.
You will actively work on increasing value for and retention of customers by applying AI-powered analytics, insights and recommended actions. This requires someone who can closely collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers in a cross-functional team. Your job is to understand customers and their processes in depth, define the roadmap, set priorities, and ensure alignment across departments. This person will turn insights from the field into features that delight customers and scale impact.
What you will do:
Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Energy Management
Talk to customers to understand their daily workflows and pain points
Research the market and competitors to discover new opportunities
Run pilot projects and test prototypes with real users
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, customer success, and operations to and deliver great products
What you bring:
Experience in product management with exposure to software or hardware-enabled B2B products
A strong communicator who easily connects with customers and cross-functional teams
Strategic, analytical, and able to prioritize high-impact solutions
Hands-on, results-driven, and not afraid to dive into details
Comfortable in fast-paced environments and motivated by learning and growth
Curious about industrial tech and eager to build domain expertise
Fluent in English (Dutch highly preferred)
University degree (Masters highly preferred)
