As our new Enterprise Growth Manager, you’ll be the strategic spearhead for penetrating and expanding our presence within key enterprise accounts. This is a high-impact, executive-level role where you will be instrumental in shaping our long-term, large-scale growth engine. You will operate at a critical intersection of strategy, sales, and complex relationship management, reporting directly into the CEO. You will build the bridge between Sensorfact and the world’s largest companies, leveraging our mother company, ABB, to achieve unprecedented enterprise-level success.

What You'll Do:

You will own the strategy and execution required to secure and expand our most valuable customer relationships.

  • Enterprise Prospecting & Sourcing: Proactively identify and qualify high-quality enterprise prospects, leveraging both internal networks and external market intelligence to build a robust pipeline.

  • Strategic Growth Orchestration: Strategically coordinate all relevant departments across Sensorfact (e.g., product, legal, RevOps, delivery) and potential customer headquarters to manage complex sales cycles and drive sustained, large-scale growth.

  • Collaborative Opportunity Pursuit: Work closely with the internal sales team to successfully identify, develop, and pursue joint enterprise-level opportunities.

  • Executive Relationship Management: Travel to and meet with key customer stakeholders to deepen relations, understand strategic needs, and enhance long-term partnership value.

What You Bring:

You are a strategic operator with the commercial acumen to navigate complex enterprise sales environments and drive results.

Experience & Education

  • A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is required.

  • Affinity with enterprise B2B sales, strategy, and business development within the technology or industrial sector.

  • Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting role is highly relevant.

  • Commercially Minded: You deeply understand sales dynamics and what drives performance in go-to-market teams at the enterprise level.

  • Technical Acumen: Possess a natural feeling with technology and the industrial sector, allowing you to credibly engage with executive stakeholders on solutions and industry trends.

  • Project Leadership: Strong cross-functional project management skills with a bias toward structured thinking and action.

  • Executive Communicator: A clear communicator who can align stakeholders and influence without authority at all levels, including the C-suite.
