We’re a UK cleaning company specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services. As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our remote team and help expand our client base.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll take warm leads and turn them into confirmed bookings while building strong relationships with clients. You’ll guide customers to the cleaning services that fit their needs and play a key part in driving our sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on warm leads and secure confirmed bookings.
Build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Advise customers on the most suitable cleaning services.
Keep accurate records of all interactions in our CRM.
Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
Working Schedule:
Weekend-focused role with shifts such as Saturday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Sunday, depending on business needs.
What We Offer:
On-target earnings of R25,000/month (R8,000 base + uncapped commission).

At least 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales with a proven track record.
Professional English communication skills (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently in a remote role.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
Calm, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally.
Requires a personal computer and a steady fibre/Wi‑Fi internet connection of no less than 20 Mbps.
