We are a UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services. As our business grows, we are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team remotely, helping us expand our client base.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for converting warm leads into confirmed bookings, building strong client relationships, and guiding customers to the right cleaning services. This role is crucial in driving business growth through excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with warm leads supplied by the company and secure confirmed bookings.
Build and nurture strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable cleaning services.
Keep accurate records in our CRM system.
Consistently achieve and exceed your monthly sales targets.
Working Days:
This role requires availability for weekend-focused shifts, including Saturday to Wednesday, or Wednesday to Sunday, depending on scheduling needs.
What We Offer:
On-target earnings of R25,000/month, comprising R8,000 base + uncapped commission.
40 days paid leave per year.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales, with a proven track record.
Clear and professional English communication skills (spoken and written).
Able to work independently in a fully remote setup.

Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
Resilient under pressure, able to handle rejection calmly.
Must have own computer (laptop/desktop) and a dependable 20 Mbps (minimum) fibre or Wi‑Fi internet connection.
