We are seeking an Arabic Speaking Sales Executive to support the Business Development Manager in driving business growth. The role focuses on lead generation support, client coordination, proposal preparation, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Support lead generation activities through research, cold outreach, and inbound lead handling
  • Coordinate client meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender documents
  • Follow up with prospects on proposals, approvals, and documentation
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer databases
  • Coordinate internally with marketing, finance, and operations teams for proposals and pricing
  • Track sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports for the BDM
  • Support contract initiation and onboarding documentation after deal closure
  • Handle basic client queries and ensure timely responses
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, business development support, or similar role
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good presentation and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM knowledge is an advantage
