We are seeking an Arabic Speaking Sales Executive to support the Business Development Manager in driving business growth. The role focuses on lead generation support, client coordination, proposal preparation, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying and qualifying new business opportunitiesSupport lead generation activities through research, cold outreach, and inbound lead handlingCoordinate client meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutesPrepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender documentsFollow up with prospects on proposals, approvals, and documentationMaintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer databasesCoordinate internally with marketing, finance, and operations teams for proposals and pricingTrack sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports for the BDMSupport contract initiation and onboarding documentation after deal closureHandle basic client queries and ensure timely responses
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, business development support, or similar roleStrong communication and coordination skillsGood presentation and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM knowledge is an advantage
