Research target companies and decision-makers
Establish relationships with founders, executives, and decision-makers
Represent the company locally at industry events, meetups, and conferences
Provide market feedback and insights to improve positioning and sales strategy
Collaboration
Work closely with delivery and leadership teams to ensure realistic scoping and
smooth handovers
Help shape sales materials, pitches, and value propositions based on market needs
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Proven hunter mindset with a track record of closing new business
Experience in B2B sales or business development
Strong understanding of the Uzbek market (business culture, decision-making,
networks)
Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
Based in Uzbekistan and able to work onsite
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Russian at professional working level (spoken and written)
English at an advanced level (spoken and written)
Self-starter who doesn’t wait for leads
Persistent, resilient, and outcome-oriented
Commercially sharp and realistic
Comfortable working independently with clear targets
Not overly corporate — practical and action-focused
Nice-to-Have
Experience selling services (IT, QA, software, outsourcing, or similar)
Existing network in tech, gaming, or digital industries
Experience working with Central Asia markets beyond Uzbekistan
