About the role:

We are looking for a new Business Development Manager to join their small but growing team in their Isle of Man office.

You will be responsible for building your own book of business so this will include identifying new business opportunities, cold calling, managing onboarding processes, building relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts and developing strategies to increase revenue. The role may involve travel eventually to develop new markets, visit trade shows and clients.
