Product Owner - Innovation

Bullfinch Recruitment are proud to be partnering with Patrianna who are looking for a Product Owner (Collectibles) to join their team!

The Role
Drive breakthrough product innovation by discovering, validating, and delivering new solutions that expand our portfolio and create exceptional player experiences.

What you will be doing
• Lead product discovery through player interviews, surveys, and community insights to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
• Own product roadmaps and outcomes, running Kanban delivery with clear WIP limits and flow optimization
• Design and execute experiments, A/B tests, and prototypes using data-driven approaches and responsible gaming guardrails
• Partner closely with UX teams on rapid prototyping and usability testing across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into technical specs and coordinate on architecture and integrations
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, and Support on go-to-market strategies and post-launch optimization

What we are looking for
• Solid product management background in consumer products, with gaming experience essential and sports industry knowledge preferred
• Proven track record of shipping new products or major features from concept through to scale
• Strong Kanban expertise including WIP limits, cycle time optimization, and cumulative flow management
• Comfort with analytics, experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and cohort analysis
• Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams on APIs, data models, and system integrations
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms like Optimove
