Your role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (2–5 years experience) to join our sector-oriented sales team. You will support both new business development and account growth, while learning from experienced colleagues and Subject matter experts.
This role offers a unique opportunity to grow into enterprise sales, contribute to the Go-to-Market strategy, and become a recognized contributor within your sector.
Your Responsibilities
Business Development & account Support
- Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities within your sector
- Support complex sales cycles under the guidance of senior team members
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and demos
- Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records
Go-to-Market & sector engagement
- Collaborate closely with SMEs, solution managers, and marketing teams
- Contribute to sector-focused marketing initiatives, including:
- Webinars
- Round tables
- Whitepapers
- Events
- Support the positioning of Content Grid and AI-driven solutions within your sector
Knowledge building & thought leadership
- Develop sector-specific knowledge of content management, document flows, and AI solutions
- Translate market insights into actionable internal knowledge
- Support sales enablement and internal training initiatives
- Feed market feedback into product development and IP strategy
Requirements
Who we are looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in digital sales, technology solutions, or related fields (e.g., SaaS, IT, digital agencies, tech recruitment)
- Interest in AI, automation, and complex document or content solutions
- Strong learning mindset and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, commercially driven, and team-oriented
- Native-level Dutch and professional proficiency in French and English
