We are seeking a Business Intelligence Consultant with strong expertise in Tableau or Sigma to transform complex finance-related data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize BI dashboards and reporting solutions that drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau or Sigma, including advanced calculations, parameterization, and performance optimization.
• Work with finance-related datasets from industries such as FinTech, Lending, and Financial Services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets.
• Apply data modeling concepts to relational and multidimensional databases to ensure accurate reporting.
• Use Python scripting to support data processing, analysis, and automation workflows.
• Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and timeliness in all BI deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Develop dbt pipelines and implement best practices for data transformation and analytics (preferred).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BI engineering or a related role, with hands-on experience in Tableau or Sigma.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
