He kōrero mōu | About you
We are looking for a background in facilities or commercial property management who can oversee the buildings and operations at our large Newmarket Campus. Ideally, you will have worked in a university (tertiary) setting before or have relevant experience from a trade or commercial background. You are a forward-thinker, able to anticipate long-term effects and understand complex, multi-year projects. You must be strongly focused on Health and Safety compliance in everything you do.
Once settled in the role, you will develop and implement new processes, so we need someone experienced in leading and communicating change.
