Alloy Partners is a venture builder with a radical thesis: that we can build and scale advantaged companies in partnership with corporations and entrepreneurs.
Alloy Partners and the University of Notre Dame partnered to establish a first-of-its-kind venture studio (the 1842 Studio) and venture fund (the 1842 Fund) that aligns with Notre Dame’s mission of serving as a “Force for Good” in the world. In close partnership with the University and its vast “ND Family” of alumni, corporate, community, and academic leaders, the 1842 Studio aims to co-create startups that address important societal challenges, including expanding access to healthcare for vulnerable populations.
We are seeking a world-class entrepreneur for the role of CEO and Co-Founder for our newest company.
StealthCo is an AI-powered compliance and navigation platform designed to help healthcare organizations and Medicaid recipients manage increasing administrative complexity driven by new federal and state Medicaid eligibility requirements. Beginning in 2027, new regulatory changes will introduce work verification requirements and documentation processes that significantly increase administrative workload for care navigators and place millions of individuals at risk of losing coverage due to procedural barriers rather than eligibility.
Healthcare organizations, particularly Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and community-based providers are not equipped to scale the administrative infrastructure required to support these new compliance mandates. Care navigators and front-line staff will face growing workloads related to eligibility verification, documentation tracking, and patient follow-up, creating operational strain and increasing risk of coverage gaps for Medicaid recipients.
StealthCo leverages AI-powered workflow automation and consumer-grade engagement tools to streamline compliance processes, reduce administrative burden for healthcare providers, and help Medicaid recipients maintain continuous coverage.
As CEO and Co-Founder, you will work to build conviction with the market, investors, and early customers while bringing StealthCo to market. With support from the Alloy Partners and 1842 Studio teams, you will shape product strategy, build the go-to-market engine, and lead development of a scalable, category-defining healthcare technology company. This is a unique opportunity to be a creator, builder, and innovator launching a mission-driven company from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the founding CEO and company leader, shaping overall strategy, revenue generation, product vision, and company direction while building conviction with customers, investors, and the broader healthcare ecosystem
- Lead development of an AI-powered compliance and patient engagement platform from MVP through product-market fit, with strong personal involvement in both the sales and product development motions
- Build consumer-grade user experiences that translate complex Medicaid compliance workflows into simple, intuitive tools for healthcare staff and Medicaid recipients
- Design and execute a scalable B2B2C go-to-market strategy targeting FQHCs and healthcare organizations serving Medicaid populations
- Develop repeatable sales and onboarding motions focused on smaller healthcare organizations operating with limited IT infrastructure and approximately 60-day sales cycles
- Partner closely with design partners and pilot customers to validate ROI, refine product functionality, and convert pilots into long-term commercial relationships
- Recruit, hire, and lead early team members across engineering, product, and customer success while establishing a high-performance, mission-driven company culture
- Own operational planning, financial strategy, and resource allocation, including managing burn rate, runway, and milestone execution
- Create and execute a venture capital fundraising strategy to support company growth and scaling
- Define and monitor key performance metrics across product adoption, customer success, and business growth
- Evaluate and determine optimal co-founder or early executive leadership structure based on company needs and growth trajectory
- Serve as the primary spokesperson and strategic leader representing StealthCo to customers, investors, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Report company progress and strategic updates to the Board of Directors and studio partners
