We’re seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join us at Park! Park is a backcountry lodge inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Our menu features campfire inspired cuisine & wood-fired rotisserie specialties served alongside our award-winning spirits. We are the ONLY distillery located in a Canadian National Park. What You’ll Do:
- If it’s happening in the kitchen, you are a part of it! Planning, executing, elevating - you do it all
- You don't shy away from working with various types of technology and systems, including the ability to troubleshoot, update, and train others on the use of
- You do what it takes to increase sales and minimize costs without compromising quality
- As a leader within BHC, you’ll also be an ambassador of our employer brand, always being on the lookout for top talent and assisting with hiring amazing people to join the family, specifically on the kitchen team
What You Have:
- Proven success in a kitchen leadership role with some formal training
- Flexible schedule required
- You're not only an amazing team player but also have a knack for bringing others together to work towards a common goal
- You have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of effective communication and workplace culture
