About Aethos Monterosa
In the middle of the Aosta Valley, below the Monte Rosa and Cervino glaciers, lies Aethos Monterosa – a five-star active luxury resort featuring two F&B outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. We are looking for an outstanding team to join us for the upcoming summer season.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome
Assisting guests with menu selections and answering questions
Taking orders accurately and transmitting them to the kitchen promptly
Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation
Supporting the preparations for the service and making sure all areas are always looking their best
Supporting the preparation of all necessary mise-en-place
Cleaning agreed designated areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirements
Collaborating with the Maître and kitchen staff to ensure overall restaurant success
Core Competencies
Fluent in English & Italian is a must
3+ years of hospitality experience is a plus
Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general
Flexible schedule - long hours and regular evening event coverage can be necessary
Ability to make thoughtful decisions and give constructive criticism
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guests
Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
Comply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
Maximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions
Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, whilst remaining genuine
