Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Yayasan CARE Peduli
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the highest-ranking executive in Yayasan CARE Peduli (YCP), responsible for directing and overseeing the work of the organization. The CEO is appointed by and reports to the Board of Supervisors and its Chairperson.
The CEO will lead YCP in its efforts to become a key national civil society player in Indonesia, in its gender-focused mission to serve individuals and families within Indonesia, and in its vision of a world of hope, tolerance and social justice where poverty has been overcome and people live in dignity and security.
The CEO is expected to: communicate an inspiring vision and a clear direction for YCP; provide leadership in fundraising, cultivating long-term strategic partnerships and donor relationships with the goal of increasing YCP's revenue and resulting program impact; Build a positive, cohesive, high performing team culture that embraces innovation, efficiency, accountability and tangible impact in the communities in which YCP works; and Grow the external profile and reputation of YCP both within Indonesia, internationally and within the broader CARE Confederation.
Requirements: a minimum of ten years of experience at the senior management level in international development or humanitarian assistance; proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary and multi-national teams, especially in response to a major disaster; proven experience in engaging with the private sector and leading successful large-scale fundraising, resource mobilization and business development.
