ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Beam is on a mission to shift $10B from brands to high-impact nonprofits by creating what loyalty would look like if it were designed for today’s customers.

The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for the CEO and executive team, helping to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across the company - enabling Beam to scale rapidly without losing focus or mission alignment.
This is a highly strategic and execution-heavy role. You’ll be at the center of decision-making and operations, including, but not limited to:
Working closely with the CEO and leadership team to define company OKRs, identify highest-leverage priorities, and ensure the company stays on track to meet them.
Serving as a central point of coordination across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to keep teams aligned, accountable, and communicating effectively.
Supporting the CEO in decision-making, communication, and follow-through on key initiatives. Prepping for board meetings, investor updates, and executive communications.
Owning special projects that don’t sit neatly within one department but are critical to Beam’s growth.
Helping build and reinforce strong communication norms, operating cadences, and a mission-driven culture across the team.
ABOUT YOU

You may have startup, consulting, operations, product, or strategy experience - but what sets you apart is your ability to drive clarity, communicate with influence, and execute relentlessly.
We’re looking for:
5+ years of relevant experience: ideally including a mix of startup, consulting, strategy, or operations work (Bonus: You've worked closely with executive teams or in high-growth, mission-driven environments.)
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication
High emotional intelligence and adaptability
A bias toward execution and mission-driven mindset
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

REPORTING
You will initially report to Beam’s CEO.
COMPENSATION
Your total compensation consists of four parts: base salary, performance based bonus at on-target earnings, partial 401k match, and stock options.
Total cash compensation for this role is $170,000 - $180,000 OTE per year.
