CNA-Various Shifts
Provide hands-on personal care and assist with self-care skills to clients in their homes.
- Develop a successful interpersonal relationship with our clients.
- Assist our clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, light housekeeping, feeding and preparing meals.
- Follow infection control and safety measures when caring for clients.
- Recognize and report changes in client's condition and safety to care coordinators
- Positions Available:
- Days 7am to 7pm Saturday Sunday
- Nights 11 pm to 7 am. Saturday and Sunday
- Days 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Thursday
Qualifications
- At least one year of professional experience as a Caregiver and completion of an CNA course
- Licensed CNA in the state of Illinois
- Two forms of ID such as Driver's License, State ID, Passport, Social Security Card
- General Physical Examination and TB Test within last year or Chest X-Ray
- CPR Certification
- Two Professional References
