departments to solve real problems for real users.
Job Description
EarthCam is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for
managing accounts receivable, reducing past-due balances, and maintaining positive client relationships
while ensuring timely payments.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and confident communicating with clients to resolve
billing issues while protecting company cash flow.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the collections process for assigned accounts
- Contact clients via phone, email, and written communication to follow up on past-due invoices
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements when appropriate
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments
- Update customer records and document communications in the CRM/ERP system
- Generate aging reports and monitor account status
- Escalate high-risk or delinquent accounts to management as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control (B2B experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
- Ability to analyze aging reports and financial data
- High level of professionalism and discretion
