Commercial Cleaning - Independent Contractor Restaurant - Food Service Industry

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking qualified Independent Contractors to provide janitorial services within a food processing facility, or a restaurant. This opportunity is ideal for experienced cleaning professionals or small janitorial companies that meet compliance requirements and can maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in a controlled production environment.

Scope of Work

• Deep cleaning and sanitation of production floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and offices
• Cleaning of processing equipment and conveyors (as assigned)
• Handling of cleaning agents and disinfectants according to GMP and OSHA guidelines
• Proper use of PPE and adherence to all facility safety protocols
• Routine waste removal, floor scrubbing, mopping, and surface disinfection

Requirements

Contractor Qualifications

Independent Contractors must meet all requirements prior to being awarded a service agreement:

• Valid Business License (LLC or Inc only – no sole proprietors)
• Active Federal EIN number
• Current General Liability Insurance ($ 2million minimum coverage recommended)
• Worker’s Compensation Insurance (as required by state law)
• Minimum 2 verifiable business references
• 18 years of age or older
• Favorable background screening results
• Demonstrated experience with food processing or industrial sanitation (cleaning under GMP conditions preferred)

This is not an employment position. Contractors are responsible for their own business operations, insurance, and tax obligations.
