Who we are:
Field Nation brings companies and service professionals together through an integrated, easy-to-use platform. We support businesses looking to grow their service offerings while also empowering technicians to leverage their skills on their own terms. Our mission is to help the service delivery industry do great work, and we live that mission by doing great work for the companies and service professionals who depend on us.
Why is this role important to Field Nation?
Field Nation launched the Provider Community last year to create a dedicated space for providers to connect, learn, and grow. The Community Engagement Specialist elevates this foundation into a high-impact program that strengthens trust, reinforces best practices, and improves overall marketplace quality. This role is critical to continuing growing Community as a trusted, go-to resource for providers and internal teams—driving education, supporting go-to-market initiatives, gathering and synthesizing provider feedback, enabling new providers and Service Companies to ramp up successfully, and elevating quality across the marketplace.

Gather and synthesize provider feedback to inform product development, experience improvements, and marketing strategies
Evolve and enforce clear community guidelines and moderation standards to maintain a constructive, respectful and professional environment
