A key part of our business is our membership collective and we are really looking for someone to help nurture, grow, manage and be as passionate about our members as we are!
This is a key role for us and we need someone who loves to do a little bit of everything - marketing, customer success, event management, community building - and knows that consistency is key for great member experiences.
You will have the chance to work hand in hand with our members and our external partners and experts managing events, sharing information, gathering feedback, updating the social and online content, answering questions, etc. No sales or quota of any type is required in this role.
Even more exciting... you get to help design the job around what you are most passionate about and what your skills and strengths are! The seniority and role will vary based on who we find as the right addition to our team.
Experience in a customer success, project management, social/online community or supporting marketing or sales teams within HR Tech a plus but not required.
