Position Overview

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within our HR team by managing and evolving our employee benefits portfolio. You will take ownership of the full lifecycle of corporate benefits — from overseeing existing programs to designing and implementing new benefit policies that align with market standards and staff needs. Your work will ensure that our benefits offerings remain competitive, cost-effective, and supportive of employee satisfaction and retention. In addition, you will act as a key point of contact for employees for all benefits-related queries and requests, providing guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all corporate benefit programs (e.g. private insurance, meal vouchers or tickets, company cars, pension schemes).
  • Participate in the design and development of the benefits policy, tailored to market benchmarks and the needs of our workforce.
  • Provide support to employees regarding benefits - answering queries and handling benefit-related requests.
  • Perform cost/benefit analysis of benefit programs and prepare related HR Reports and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends in compensation and benefits, and propose improvements to existing programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Human Resources (or related field).
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR role - preferably within Compensation & Benefits.
  • Excellent command of MS Excel (Power BI) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare sector will be considered an asset.
