Create, manage and maintain content cards and associated metadata.
Engaging with suppliers to support their provision of required metadata.
Ensure all content is correctly versioned, tagged and searchable, linked to source data and provenance.
Operate Git-based workflows: Branching, Review, release preparation and promotion.
Manage OCI artefacts: Packaging content, Versioning artefacts, Linking artefacts to content cards.
Support content ingestion from third parties, other catalogues and internal modelling teams.
Support release process: Validate completeness of metadata, ensure dependencies are resolved and confirm readiness for deployment.
Work closely with engineers to ensure that content is usable in compositions, that metadata reflects actual systems behaviour and that dependencies are correctly defined.
Highly organised and detail-oriented.
Strong sense of ownership over data quality and governance.
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Curious and investigative, able to research external content sources.
Pragmatic, able to balance governance with delivery pace.
Communicates clearly and pushes back when standards are not met.
A solid working understanding of modelling and simulation including different types of models and how they are used in training systems.
Strong understanding of Metadata management and Data Governance principles.
Experience defining and enforcing Metadata standards, classification schemes and versioning strategies.
Strong hands on experience with Git including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews and release workflows.
Understanding of OCI registries and artefact storage with the ability to link content cards, artefact digests and release versions.
Comfortable working with JSON/YAML, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CLI-based tooling
