We are seeking a Content Strategist with strong finance expertise to design, develop, and manage academic content for Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. This role blends curriculum strategy, research, content development, and stakeholder coordination to deliver high-quality academic and digital learning materials.

This is a client-facing, research-driven, and academically aligned role, ideal for professionals who enjoy combining finance knowledge with educational design, structured thinking, and project ownership.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Curriculum Design

  • Design structured curricula for UG and PG programs across finance, business, and allied domains.
  • Develop high-quality PPTs, academic documents, assessments, case studies, project briefs, and instructor guides.
  • Ensure alignment with defined learning outcomes, academic rigor, and instructional frameworks such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and L-A-R.
  • Maintain consistency, clarity, and academic accuracy across all content modules.

2. SME Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across finance, AI, marketing, organizational behaviour, and related disciplines.
  • Translate SME inputs into learner-centric, well-structured content.
  • Work closely with designers, program managers, and academic leadership to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

3. Research & Academic Benchmarking

  • Conduct ongoing research on global academic standards, finance trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices.
  • Benchmark programs against leading universities and professional certifications.
  • Leverage insights to enhance existing curricula and design new academic offerings.

4. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Own the end-to-end content development lifecycle, from planning and creation to review and iteration.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, review cycles, and documentation using project management tools.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps proactively to ensure smooth content execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Exposure to curriculum design or ed-tech is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical & Domain Skills

  • Strong fundamentals in financial markets, accounting, corporate finance, and awareness of fintech trends.
  • Excellent written communication and content structuring abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles is an advantage.

Behavioural & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, research-focused, and highly structured in approach.
  • Comfortable collaborating with diverse SMEs and cross-functional teams.
