Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food as assigned.

• Cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
• Following all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completing the appropriate safety training and certifications.
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information/protecting company’s asset

Requirements

• Previous work experience in a similar position.
• Adequate knowledge of cooking methods, techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Pleasant personality, passionate for excellence
• Enthusiasm, professionalism, and eagerness to learn, grow, and become part of a constantly developing team.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure effectively and deliver high-quality services in a luxury environment.
