We are now seeking a Marketing Coordination Manager to oversee the operational, administrative, and coordination-focused areas of our marketing function. This role ensures the smooth execution of marketing activity by managing leads, inboxes, MDF processes, event logistics, and by providing leadership and support to the Marketing Coordination Team. This is a key role that underpins the effectiveness of our marketing operations and contributes directly to the wider business.
Lead management & marketing processes:
You’ll oversee the addition, assignment, and tracking of leads, ensuring efficient processes and strong collaboration with the sales team to support timely follow‑up and conversion.
Inbox management & communication:
You’ll manage marketing inboxes to ensure enquiries are handled promptly, coordinating with internal teams and maintaining high communication standards.
MDF processes & portals:
You’ll take ownership of MDF claims, invoices, and portal activity—ensuring compliance with partner requirements, accurate submissions, and timely approvals.
Events & exhibitions logistics:
You’ll coordinate the planning and execution of events and exhibitions, managing logistics such as venues, presenter schedules, booth setup, suppliers, and transport to ensure each event runs smoothly.
People management:
You’ll provide day‑to‑day leadership to the Marketing Coordination Team, offering guidance, running one‑to‑ones, supporting development, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

Primary location is our HQ in Pocklington (YO42)
What about hybrid working?
Two days p/ w in the office is the minimum expectation for this role.
How many interviews?
Following a screen with the Recruitment Team you can expect a two-stage interview process, one online and one in-person.
*Important* BPSS Check
As part of our recruitment process due to the nature of the work we do, all employees are required to undertake a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) check. While some employees require further security clearance, the BPSS check is a must-have requirement and all offers of employment are conditional pending the passing of this check.
