Position Summary
The Corporate Travel Intern will support the Travel team in coordinating regional and global business travel. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate travel operations, vendor coordination, cost control, and travel policy compliance.
Responsibilities
Coordinate regional and global travel requests, including airfare, hotel, ground transportation, visas, and insurance.
Support communication and follow-up with passengers, travel agencies and vendors.
Help monitor travel requests to ensure compliance with the company travel policies and budget guidelines.
Contribute to cost optimization efforts by comparing options and identifying savings opportunities
Assist with last-minute trips and changes, rebookings, and high-priority travel needs.
Support expense tracking and basic reconciliation of travel costs. skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
