Job Descriptions:
Social Media
-Work with relevant PICs to produce creative assets across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
-Support both organic and paid content development
-Contribute fresh ideas and trend insights to help us boost audience engagement — especially if you’ve got a flair for creativity and an eye for spotting what’s trending.
Branding
-Assist with the development and execution of brand initiatives
-Support event booth designs, installation plans, and align with external vendors for brand visibility
Marketing Support
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create assets for blogs, email campaigns, and promotional activities
Sales Support
-Work closely with the sales team to develop shipper-facing creatives, including presentation slides, event materials, and custom visuals for shipper initiatives
Other Creative Deliverables
-Support creative needs for other business units, including:
-HR (e.g., career fairs)
-Product launches and retail openings
-Internal events and company-wide happenings
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or related fieldsStrong interest and skills in graphic design, photography, video shooting, motion graphic and video editingProficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or CanvaFamiliar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and what kind of content performs wellAbility to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute visual ideasGood sense of aesthetics, layout, and branding consistencyA fast learner who’s adaptable and comfortable with multitaskingExcellent time management and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skills — able to work with different teams (marketing, sales, HR, etc.)Basic copywriting and content writing skills are a bonus
