Creative Lead

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative & Design, you are the guardian of creative excellence.
We’re looking for a creative force with instinct, taste, and presence. Someone who sees instantly what good looks like and won’t let work leave the building until it meets that level.
You are equal parts tastemaker, mentor, storyteller, and operator.
You raise the bar without being asked.
You refine relentlessly.
And when something isn’t right, you fix it.
You are also forward-thinking. You leverage AI intelligently, building smarter workflows without compromising craft.
This role helps shapes how our brand looks and feels across North America. Starting at $90K+++, reflective of your experience and impact.
What You’ll Own
Creative Direction
- Lead art direction across catalogs, campaigns, digital, and brand storytelling.
- Ensure everything feels intentional, cohesive, and elevated.
- Evolve our design language. Do not simply maintain it.
Team Leadership
- Mentor with sharp, actionable feedback.
- Run creative reviews that refine, not rescue.
- Build a culture where good enough does not exist.
Story & Execution
- Unify words and visuals into clear, emotional narratives.
- Direct photoshoots with confidence. Travel: ~10%
- Oversee retouching, color, and production integrity.
- Stay hands-on when needed.
AI & Evolution
- Integrate AI into design and production workflows.
- Turn experimentation into scalable systems.
- Increase speed and capability without lowering standards.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 10+ years in design, 5+ leading or mentoring.
- Exceptional eye for typography, layout, color, and imagery.
- Strong print and digital production expertise.
- Experience directing photography and post-production.
- Calm, confident leadership presence.
- Decisive. Detail-driven. Solutions-oriented.
- Curious about AI and evolving creative systems.
